Can Barclays send me a PINsentry?
Yes, you can order additional card readers in Online Banking, under the ‘Account services’ menu. Please note that in certain circumstances you may be charged for ordering an additional card reader. They are also available by calling us on 0345 600 2323*+.

Do you need PINsentry to change your Barclays phone number?
You’ll need your PINsentry card reader or Mobile PINsentry to update your phone number or address. You won’t be able to change your address in Online Banking if you have a Barclaycard or mortgage with us. You’ll need to to call us instead. Call us on the numbers below if you’re registered for Telephone Banking.

How long does it take to set up Barclays PINsentry?
It will be activated approximately 10 days after you download it. Download the Barclays app. Once registered, Mobile PINsentry can take up to 10 days to appear in your app. Log in to your app using your unique app passcode. Tap on your account management menu in the top left-hand corner of your app. You’ll then see the option for Mobile PINsentry.
How do I enter my pin on my Barclays debit card?
Once you’ve received your PINsentry card reader, go to the Online Banking login page and select ‘Log in using PINsentry card reader’. Enter the last 4 digits of your debit card into Online Banking. Place your debit card into the PINsentry card reader and press ‘IDENTIFY’. Enter your PIN and press ‘ENTER’.
