To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the forgotten password page.
  2. Enter your username and confirm you’re not a robot by ticking the box.
  3. Click on Send email.
  4. Check for an email from Telstra.
  5. In the email, click on Reset my password.
  6. Enter your new password and click Reset password.
