A possible quick way to do it would be delete everything from your Skyrim directory that has ENB or .fx in the file name. Also go to your documents and delete your RendererInfo.txt. Then reload the ENB you actually wanted. As for the letterbox, some people find it useful for things like Screen caps etc.

In Skyrim launcher when selecting 16:9 aspect ratio, and if monitor is let’s say (4:3 , 5:4, 16:10) it will add letterbox. Just change resolution and aspect ratio to whatever your monitor native aspect ratio is. It’s a part of the Saraan Su’um ENB.
