There’s no need to book if you’re visiting the estate but we do recommend booking ahead if you’re planning to visit Temple Newsam House and/or Home Farm. Tickets are available to purchase from the Courtyard Shop on the day of your visit but they are subject to availability.

You will be happy to know that there is no charge to walk around the grounds of Temple Newsam. The only charge is for parking inthe top car park next to the house. There are 2 other car parks as you come in through th gate lodge houses, one to the right one to the left, near the farm. They are free!
