Recently I added additional internal HDD (WD 2TB SATA3 64MB Green) as a secondary storage. Once done, the motherboard BIOS only detects both the HHD. It doesn’t detect the DVD-RW anymore. Before this both the HDD and DVD-RW was working fine.

if it an older ide drive and the only one on the cable (it have a 40 pin data cable) make sure the jumpers are set to master. if it sata and a new mb check that al the sata ports are turned on in the bios. You are sort of asking about the device manager AND the BIOS? Check the data cable to the drive, even try another cable and MB port.
