To put it simply, the Bloodletter scales purely off strength untricked, and purely off bloodtinge when tricked. This won’t actually reflect in the numbers on that menu, but rest assured, it is increasing your damage. The same thing happens to pretty much every other weapon that has similar scaling properties.
