- Wait outside tower but hidden until 12-1am.
- Sneak into tower, and stay at bottom of stairs.
- When prompted run to the monorail and disarm the bomb.
- Report to Col. Hsu.
- Quest complete.

Go outside and take an escalator up ( M25A:5 ). Locate the bomb #2 inside the monorail station and defuse it [ Explosives 35] or [ Science 45 ]. Return to Colonel Hsu. Confront Curtis and kill him. Return to James Hsu ( M25A:1) and report back that you’ve found a spy.
