How do I get my money back from TransitChek?
Only unused, unopened TransitChek® Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard® and TransitChek® Unlimited MetroCard® products may be returned for a credit to a TransitChek account. Any Card returned for a credit must be in its original, sealed plastic wrapper and cannot be more than two years past expiration.
Does TransitChek money expire?
Cards have a one year expiration. Balances on TransitChek Cards that are near expiration or you suspect are damaged can be easily transferred to another TransitChek Card at www.transitcenter.com.

Your Current Card will be deactivated and replaced with an active card once your request has been processed. Your replacement card can be mailed to you or you can elect to pick it up at the WageWorks/TransitChek office at the address listed above.
