What is the let down button on Medela?
Once you notice milk spurting, start the expression phase with Medela’s easy one-touch let-down button. This will pump at a slower, more moderate pace (just like a nursing baby) to encourage milk flow. If you don’t touch the let-down button, the pump will switch to the expression phase after 2 minutes.
Can you rewarm breast milk twice?

On most pumps, the initial letdown cycle lasts two minutes. Pump for 6-7 minutes after that and then push the button to go through the letdown cycle again and pump for another 6-7 minutes. Check your flange size.

Plan to pump 8-10 times in a 24 hour period. Full milk production is typically 25-35 oz. (750-1,035 mL) per 24 hours. Once you have reached full milk production, maintain a schedule that continues producing about 25-35oz of breastmilk in a 24 hour period.

It is typical for a mother who is breastfeeding full-time to be able to pump around 1/2 to 2 ounces total (for both breasts) per pumping session.
Can I put breast milk back in fridge after baby drinks from it?
When reusing breast milk, remember that leftover milk that was not finished from your baby’s bottle can be used for up to 2 hours after he or she has finished feeding. Thawed breast milk that was previously frozen can be stored at room temperature for 1 – 2 hours, or in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Plastic bottle liners or small ziplock bags can be used for storage, held upright in cups. Be sure the bags are sturdy and stored in a place where they will not get punctured or damaged. If you plan to freeze the milk, allow a little space at the top of the bag—the milk will expand when it freezes.
