How long do Meindl boots for actives last?

Despite the made in Germany claim none of the Meindl shoes or boots that I’ve purchased have lasted more than 10 months. Shoddy workmanship with soles and uppers that fall apart. Their reseller channel doesn’t care about the quality once the product is sold.
