There are two ways to connect to your Nitrado game server….Web Interface

1. Here you will notice this page as your “Web Interface”.
2. Located at the top right in the banner you will notice the white “Connect to server” button.
3. Clicking this button will start your game client and will begin to connect you to your server.

How do I change my Nitrado email?

To change your email:

1. Go to Nitrado.net.
2. At the top right, click your username.
3. Click “My Account” in the dropdown menu.
4. In the options, click “Change email address”
5. Enter The email you would like to change to.
6. Retype the email address.

Where is Nitrado located?

We have several hosting locations that include Frankfurt, Istanbul and Buenos Aires. Due to the huge demand seen for our services, we decided to provide servers in two brand new locations. Piscataway (NJ) and Los Angeles (CA).

Are Nitrado servers monthly?

You can use your existing credits on your account to renew the Nitrado server each month. You can automatically renew your server with the Credit Card or PayPal account that was left on file when you registered with us.

How do I transfer ownership of a Nitrado server?

Currently it is not possible to transfer the ownership of a server. No support via PM. Important: Mods here in the forum do not have access to your services. If we advise you to contact the support, you have to create a ticket or call them.

How do I cancel my Nitrado account?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of execution of the contract. In order to exercise the execution of the contract, the customer has to explicitly inform Nitrado. This can be done via mail, over the phone or by email, including your decision to revoke this contract.

Please follow these instructions to extend your Nitrado Xbox Server:

1. Navigate to your Nitrado.net Xbox App.
2. Select “Servers” on the left-hand side.
3. Click the “Time” button located on your Service Bar.
4. Here you will be able to select the amount of time you want to add.

Can you refund a Nitrado server?

All dues are transferred to the registrar, which makes a refund impossible. However, we are able to delete a domain even before it expires if you, for any reason don’t want the domain anymore. Please be aware that we can’t refund any costs if you choose to delete a domain.

Do Nitrado servers automatically renew?

Nitrado now provides you with an automatic renewal option to continuously extend the term of your Nitrado server. You can use your existing credits on your account to renew the Nitrado server each month.

How do I transfer my ark server to another person?
