What are workforce activities?

The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.

What does Kronos cost?

Kronos sells the Kronos Workforce Ready platform directly to companies with 100 to 2,500 employees. Prices begin at $6 per employee per month based on such things as apps used, number of employees, and level of service package.

How does an employee import work in Kronos?

An employee import will be configured to pull employee based information into Workforce Central. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a file in a Kronos approved format for the import. An accrual import will be configured to pull accrual balances into Workforce Central.

What does Kronos mean by customer connectivity mode?

Hosting Application Connectivity Mode: Customer portal is provided and supported by Kronos facilitating secure authenticated access to customer applications. Portal access authorization is governed by customer requirements and is implemented by Kronos. Cooperative efforts with customer IT staff may be required to enable access.

How is Workforce Central for SaaS implementation Kronos?

Kronos will configure and Implement the Workforce Central Attestation module. Refer to the WFC SaaS setup detail document at kronos.com/wfc-saas-implementation-guidelines-details for additional information. Restore of Production to one non-Production environment once per week.
