They’re not as effective as a diaper for a lot of urine but for the average nightly output they do a great job and they fit him really well. Our son weighs about 52 pounds and the S-M size fits great. I have these on my Subscribe and Save list and they’re definitely cheaper than buying at Walmart that way.
