Can I replace my AT Gateway?

You’ll need your sign-in info. Keep your AT Access ID and password or your account number and 4-digit passcode handy. Your replacement gateway doesn’t include a battery backup. If you need a new one, you can purchase it from a third-party manufacturer or retailer.

How do I get a new AT router?

Just call tech support (800-288-2020) and ask for a replacement. The latest three are the NVG599, 5268ac, and BGW210 (last one most recent, 5268ac before that). New is not necessarily better of course.
