Ok, having a rather frustrating issue with a new IP Office (IP403 v2.1) system. When I attempt to connect IP telephones (using 4620s), the phones will make it to the “Discover 192.168.0.15” screen and will not go past that point. I have the IP403 connected to a Netgear PoE switch via the uplink port on the IP403.
