Lovely walk alongside the canal with the dog. Some decent shops & cafe/bars in Sowerby Bridge make this an appealing area. A lovely place for a walk. No boats going through the locks during our visit though. A good towpath for a canal walk I often walk along the Canal from Sowerby to Hebden Bridge. It is so peaceful and a good, flat walk.
