99-2003 are all the same. IIRC there is a difference in the blocks on the 94.5 and 95 trucks, but its nothing that effects swapping parts.
Are the 7.3 IDI and 7.3 PSD the same platform?
The answers are going to be a mix of yes and no. You have not mentioned what trans but normally the bellhousing bolt patterns are the same. The differances come when you have an auto trans from either an idi or psd and are attempting to cross them. The idi has a 4 bolt converter and the psd has the 6 bolt converters.
