Is it hard to get into LAMDA?
Many of today’s greatest and most talented actors have gone through drama school’s training programs. However, the rumors are true – getting into a reputable drama school like RADA, LAMDA or Guildhall is not easy and it takes a lot of smart planning, determination, hard work and some talent.
How many people get accepted into LAMDA?
This was a two-year full-time Foundation Degree programme in Acting. In 2017-18 there were 2,823 applications from UK students for the two applicable programmes. From that total pool, 65 offers were made (2.3% of applications), and 45 individuals (1.6%) were enrolled.
Do you have to sing to get into LAMDA?

Are LAMDA exams worth it?
VALUE OF THE EXAMINATIONS LAMDA exams are accredited by the government and as such are worth credits but are also worth UCAS points, useful for university and college entrance, in their higher grades (grades 6,7 and 8).
Do auditions cost money?
Auditions will never under any circumstance, cost you any money EVER. Casting directors are paid a set fee from the production to cast their projects. Casting Directors can only be paid by production.
What is the hardest drama school to get into?

How much does LAMDA school cost?
Lambda School tuition is $30,000. You can elect to pay upfront or via an ISA. Because ISA payments are based on income and the maximum number of monthly payments is 24, any one student who elects to use an ISA might pay less than the full $30,000 tuition of Lambda School.
What is a distinction in LAMDA?
The LAMDA Exam Marking System From Entry level children receive an individual mark, 50% or more is a Pass, 65% or more is a Merit and 80% or more is a Distinction. 20% of the overall mark covers how well the pupil comes over in the ‘interview’ part of the exam.
