Assuming the 2016 front fascia is unchanged from the 2014, yes, you can add tow hooks. The only modification is you need to cut out part of the plastic grill so the hooks can stick thru. I did mine without removing the fascia. It required some contortions, some tape to hold parts in place, etc but it’s doable.
