Rooms and food are good, the view is really nice. Great hall, large rooms with large wardrobes, big desks, a double bed and an ensuite. Holland’s catering is alright, its a bit hit and miss, but overall it’s a great way to socialise with your friends, and takes the stress away from having to cook for yourself.
Do catered halls have a kitchen?
Meal times are a great way to do this! In self-catered halls, the kitchen is usually where all the action happens; where people meet to chat over a cuppa or discuss things over dinner. However, you’ll only share meal times with people that you live with.

If you want the convenience of having your dinner cooked for you (and no washing up!) and not having to worry about budgeting for food shopping, catered halls could be a good choice for you.
Is it better to go catered or self-catered?
In self-catered accommodation you make all your own meals so you will need to be prepared to cook. However, if you despise cooking or burn every single meal you make, then you might want to consider catered accommodation where all you meals are prepared for you.
How do I pay my student accommodation Exeter?
The easiest and quickest way to pay is online via debit/credit card. You will need your (the student’s) nine digit Exeter student number and date of birth in order to do this.
