Is Hays recruitment a good company to work for?

Hays is a great place to start your recruitment career as they would take anyone no matter the background, if person is driven enough. However, they pay is the lowest on the market and are the only rec. agency in Dublin with trash-hold. Stressful environment with no support from the managers.

Is the work environment at Hays a good one?

Very fast paced environment, you really have to be on your toes and make sure you pre plan every day to make sure you’re successful every day, sometimes that means working 12/13 a day to get a job covered but other than that it is a good environment filled with great people but can get very stressful.
