If you contact us to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your receipt of the booking confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund.
Can I cancel my booking on Brittany Ferries?
Yes. To can cancel your booking please use the Manage my booking facility. What CAN’T be amended online? Ferry-inclusive holidays, special offers and promotional bookings and part travelled tickets; all bookings where a passenger has been declared with a disability or reduced mobility.

The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log into My Account and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies we’ll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can’t, we’ll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours.

Fares are based on travel dates and times and may require you to return to the UK within a specified period.

Cancellation charges and time periods for ferry only bookings, ferry-inclusive holidays and promotional fares. *A service charge may apply for bookings made through our call centre. No refunds will be given for the cancellation of these fares.
Is there an amendment fee for Brittany Ferries?
An amendment fee of £15 is payable for any change to your booking made between the time of booking and before 5 days of your outward travel date, if made through the call centre or at the port in addition to any price increase that may apply. During this period amendments made via the internet will not attract an amendment fee.
