This Z33 BC coilover kit features a true rear coilover shock. The damper and spring are combined into a fully adjustable unit. The normal Z33 kit features a separate spring and shock setup for the rear.

True coilovers” refer to adjustable suspension systems for the Z/G that relocates the rear spring from the spring bucket to the shock mount. ” Coilovers” utilize the OEM spring location and seperate spring/shock setups in the rear.

True Rear Coilovers are coilovers where the spring is over the shock. This is the classic definition as coil-overs are coils OVER shocks, which is why they’re called coilovers. In OEM Style Coilovers, some cars from the factory come with the shock and the springs divorced, or separated.
