BlueZone VT provides secure (via SSL and SSH) and non-secure VT100, VT220, VT320 and VT420 emulation for, UNIX, Linux, VAX and other ASCII hosts via telnet connections. BlueZone VT also supports Kerberos Authentication Protocol.

What is BlueZone mainframe?

BlueZone provides secure, encrypted mainframe 3270 terminal emulation service over the Internet. It also provides a secure FTP service for file transfers to/from the UIS mainframe, or a user-customizable FTP service for file transfers to/from FTP hosts other than UIS.

The BlueZone Session Manager is a Windows based program that provides a graphical view of all your BlueZone sessions. BlueZone Session Manager can be used to launch pre-configured sessions, create new sessions, delete sessions and create desktop icons.

Testing the Default Connections From a Windows Workstation, launch your browser. Type in the URL of your web server, followed by /bluezone (or whatever you called the folder where BlueZone Web-to-Host is installed). Example:http://63.69.143.23/bluezone or http://www.myhost.com/bluezone

Is there a new version of Bluezone coming out?

Yes, both versions of BlueZone (current and 6.2) will be available for users. The previous version will be decommissioned in a few months. In the interim, icons for each version will be displayed on your desktop.
