The food servings are hugh. I received the large order of pork schnitzel by mistake. The schnitzel had to weigh over a pound, way more than I could ever eat. The red cabbage was very good. I may yet go back to sample their wurst before I leave Des Moines. If my wife was with me she would have ordered the sauerbraten.

I had the jaegerschnitzel with spaetzel and sauerkraut. The gravy was just a brown gravy with mushrooms and tasted old. The spaetzel was not rolled and was flat.
