How do you use a 3m Cold hot pack?

Hot Application:

  1. Lay flat in microwave oven and heat at full power for 20 seconds. If pack expands like a balloon: Stop heating.
  2. Remove pack carefully from microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check for desired temperature.
  3. Insert pack into cover or wrap in cloth.
  4. Apply hot pack to injured area.

To enable social distancing, all buses are running at 50% capacity. Which means, the seat next to you, will be empty. All travelers must abide by the Alberta Health Service’s regulations to be declared safe to travel in order to avail our transport services.
