A 2014 study worked with 60 obese women, and found that those who practiced hypnobehavioral therapy lost weight and improved their eating habits and body image.

The average number of times people see me for any given issue is about 2-3 sessions. Mostly, I treat clients on a session by session basis, where they pay for sessions as they go. Weight loss and quit smoking hypnosis are an exception to this rule, and there are packages available for both of these conditions.
When do you need more than one hypnosis session?
If you are someone who smokes when you’re stressed, anxious or angry, or if you use smoking to deal with other unpleasant emotions, you may need more than one session.
