It’s not us. The spark plug came out of the cylinder head while driving along a city road at lower mileage (20 – 30 mph). The spark plug ripped out the threads on the cylinder head, damaged the coil package, and caused the check engine light to come one. I smelled fumes in the passenger cabin and became dizzy while pulling over to stop.
