The administrative console is a Web-based application that runs on any browser supported by WebSphere® Application Server. Start the administrative console to begin administering the system.

What is admin console URL?

The default URL is http://server:9060/ibm/console. This will redirect to the HTTPS version of http://server:9043/ibm/console. Remember for WLE the root or admin user for the WAS console is “tw_user”
