What can I study for OTBA in Class 9?
OTBA study material is available with us for students of Class 9 as well as Class 11 Science, Commerce and Humanities. Also, the subjects for which we make study material available are English, Hindi, Math, Social Science and Science for students of Class 9 and the same subjects with the addition of Biology and Economics for Class 11.
Which is the text of CBSE social science OTBA?
The text of OTBA will be from Unit-2: Chapter 4, Climate. CBSE board has released the OTBA material for CBSE class 9 Social Science, summative assessment 2. With the help of this material students will easily understand what types of question will be asked in OTBA section.
Are there 10 marks for OTBA in CBSE?
As specified in the Circular No. 53, the question paper in each main subject will have a separate section of 10 marks for open-text-based assessment (OTBA). The OTBA section will comprise of text material accompanied by 2-3 questions based on that text. Hence, there is no need of carrying the Open Text material to the Examination Centre.
Which is the only language available for OTBA?
OTBA is introduced only in two languages, Hindi and English of Class IX.
