Having celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the park in 2013, Freestone underwent some major improvements including new basketball court surfacing, new ballfield lights and a new playground structure with shade. In 2015, a new playground structure was added to the ballfield area with wheelchair accessibility.

How much is the train at Freestone Park?

There’s never a charge to enter Freestone Railroad. You simply pay for the rides you want to ride on, the games you want to play, and the food you want to eat. All rides take tickets you can purchase right at the park for $2.25 each or a Book of 10 Tickets for $20.
