What does UCLA do at their summer camps?

UCLA Athletics hosts hands-on summer camps for kids focusing on detailed fundamental instruction, lectures on proper offensive and defensive techniques, as well as individual and team competition. At the UCLA Bruins summer camps, campers learn how to become well rounded, team-oriented players, just like the legendary UCLA Bruins.

Do you need covid-19 for summer camp at UCLA?

For currently operating UCLA programs, a weekly COVID-19 testing requirement exists for all enrolled participants. It is anticipated that this requirement will continue through summer programming, including for youth enrolled in summer camp programs. UCLA Recreation will provide any updates and specific details about this requirement as they arise.

How long does it take to refund UCLA summer camp fees?

Camp fees paid by credit card will be credited within 5-7 business days upon approval by UCLA Recreation. Refunds will be made only to the original payment card. In-person (cash or check) purchases and payroll deduction are not available for Summer 2021.

Where do you go to UCLA Softball camp?

The UCLA Softball Camp is held on campus, using both the Intramural Field as well as Easton Stadium, home of the UCLA Bruins Softball team. Current membership information must be on file with the Camp Office. When you get to the cart page during registration, enter UCLA25 in the Coupon Code field to activate the $25 discount (if applicable).

Where do campers go to stay at UCLA?

Resident campers stay in the UCLA residence halls, are housed in double- and triple-occupancy rooms, supervised by coaches and counselors also staying in the residence hall. Roommate preferences will be accommodated whenever possible, but CANNOT be guaranteed.
