Are the Zul Gurub mounts still available?

This and the Armored Razzashi Raptor are the new mounts which will drop from Zul’Gurub in patch 4.1. They are replacing the old Swift Zulian Tiger and the Swift Razzashi Raptor which were drops from the old Zul’Gurub, which aren’t avaible to players anymore.
