The main difference is workflow and preparation, not performance. In Ableton Intro, you have 8 Scenes and 16 Tracks, and in Ableton Standard/Suite this is unlimited. This means that in Ableton Intro your layered presets need to be assembled within an Instrument rack instead of spread across an entire Scene.
