The Givi is just a better quality box by far. The catch mechanism on the Shad is far from sturdy and I have the say that the Givi is up to OEM Honda quality – my only issue is that it always needs to be unlocked first to open it. The Givi mounts are also better quality. Basically you pays your money etc.
