CaRMS urges you to keep in mind the travel costs and effort applicants dedicate to attending interviews. We also suggest you consider allowing a minimum of 30 minutes per interview or 30 minutes total for multiple short interviews.

You may be asked about your strengths and weaknesses in one question, or you may be asked about them in two separate questions. In the event that you are asked about strengths and weaknesses at the same time, discuss your weakness first so that you can end on a positive note.

Weaknesses: Identify one (1) personal weakness (ie: difficulty saying no, too sensitive, spending too much time on something, etc.) and two (2) skills-based weaknesses (something technical or something you have not had much exposure to).
