For recommended rebound settings go to www.rockshox.com/app. After setting sag, adjust the rebound damper, go for a ride, and adjust again as preferred. To decrease rebound speed (slower return), turn the rebound adjuster clockwise. To increase rebound speed (faster return), turn the rebound adjuster counter-clockwise.
How does RockShox lockout work?
The lockout and rebound systems work by using pressurized oil to change the speed of compression and decompression. A completely disengaged lockout will allow the oil to flow quickly through the chamber while a fully-locked suspension will completely restrict the flow of the oil.
What PSI should my RockShox be?
RockShox Setup Guide | SRAM. Max pressure should not exceed 163 psi. Rebound suggestions are set from the full clockwise/full slow position.
How do you adjust rebound compression?
Stand next to your bike and compress the fork with your body weight. Quickly release the fork and let it bounce back. Adjust the rebound until the fork rebounds as fast as possible without causing the front wheel to ‘jump’ off the ground.
Are lockout forks worth it?
You definitely don’t need a lock-out on your fork. On steep smooth climbs where you’re out of the saddle a lock-out is nice – as it prevents the front end from bouncing up and down. However it’s not necessary, and unless you spend a lot of time out of the saddle it isn’t important at all.

How does a poploc work on a bike?
As the wheel of the bike rolls over an object, the cylinder compresses down into the chamber, and once the wheel clears the object, air pressure forces the cylinder back up and into position. A PopLoc gives riders the advantage of increasing or decreasing the distance the cylinder travels up and down with the flip of a thumb lever.

What is the poplok and what does it do?
The PopLok is a cable actuated remote lock-out device. I,ve found it usefull in steep rock gardens where you don’t wanna go over the bars because of fork compression (fork dive). Hit the poplock lever and you can lock out the fork!
