Motor Insurers Anti-Fraud and Theft Register (MIAFTR) Access to MIAFTR is limited to subscribers, of which there are approximately 300. These include insurers, self-insured compensators (eg fleet companies), police forces and delegated authorities working on behalf of an existing subscriber (eg an insurer).
