Will a Glock slide fit on a SD9VE?

In fact, slides will fit on the opposite brands frame rails, but stop shy of the rear rails due to the trigger bar and ejector differences. The Glock barrel will fit in the SD9 frame, but the S&W barrel is slightly too large in diameter at the muzzle to work in the Glock.
