Scan with VCDS more than likely though! Re: ESP light on… can’t turn off.. Also check the abs fuses in the fusebox in the engine bay. Think its the 2 green ones at the top right (look in your ownerd booklet thing and it tells you in there) had a fuse cause me some problems a few months ago had it scanned etc all pointed to abs pump.

Thanks, checked and they look fine, also double checked light wouldn’t go off from standstill with engine on and holding button for 5 seconds. So sounds like its likely the more expensive option which is annoying! ESP light on… can’t turn off..

Is there a repair kit for a club GTI?

VW have a repair kit for this for about 140 plus fitting now out so about 200 all in, from memory. Thanks again but as GVK says depending on the cars age and miles etc you might even get this on VW goodwill if you have a nice dealer near you.
