Is Stena Line Plus worth it?

For my latest transit I was booked to sail with Stena and duly upgraded to their Stena Plus. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and range of the complimentary food and drink offered. It was miserable fare when compared with the offerings from Irish Ferries.
