Which is better sacrosanct or better vampires?

Better Vampires is fun and really customizable, but Sacrosanct just gives so much more meaning to playing a vampire. Hemomancy is awesome, though a little op on lower difficulties. The spells all feel really unique and the way of obtaining them by draining victims is really cool.
