The next Fallas de València festival will be held 1–5 September 2021, health conditions permitting. This was ratified at the meeting on 12th May between the València City Council and the Fallas organizers.

Ninot o falla: A “ninot” is an enormous paper maché doll that fill the streets of Valencia during Las Fallas and are specially decorated for the festival. The Valencians who work on the ninots spend the entire year getting them ready. The ninots traditionally represent the current sitaution or a character in a burlesque and critical way.
