Depending on the quality of the water in your area, the filter should be changed approximately every 3-5 years. Depending on the type of Quooker tank you have, you may be able to change this filter yourself. We provide step by step instructions and tools with the filter.

How do I change the filter on my Quooker?

Disconnect the head by unscrewing the grooved knob on top of the Scale Control. Remove the Scale Control from the kitchen cup- board. Unscrew the lid and replace the old cartridge with a new one. Screw the lid onto the container until it clicks into place.

How long does a Quooker filter last?

CUBE. For hygienic reasons, the filters should be replaced every 12 months, regardless of the amount of water used. After 12 months, the CUBE will start beeping and the light on the CUBE tank will flash to indicate that the filters need to be replaced.
